Job Description

We are excited to be on the search for new grad and experienced CNA’s to join our supportive team at The Canyons Post-Acute! We are located in Colton, CA with 156-beds and offer a wide range of rehabilitation services. Our facility is known for providing high quality care and customer service to all of our residents and their families. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care looking to be in an environment of growth and support. We pride ourselves on being able to help play a critical role in developing our CNA’s skillsets to continue growing in their career!

Pay Range:

  • $19-22/hour Depending on Experience 

Position Overview: 

As a CNA, you will support your assigned residents with routine daily activities and nursing care services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisors.

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding

  • Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)

  • Help with mobility and safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other devices

  • Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment 

  • Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition

  • Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members as needed

  • Accurately document care and observations according to facility policy and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or GED     

  • Active CNA Certificate in CA 

  • BLS/CPR
