If so, BFC Solutions has an opportunity for the right person to independently service a territory with the ability to spend most of that time outdoors, working for the largest HVAC preventive maintenance company in the nation. 

This is a Filter Tech position in the St, Louis region, where the right person will potentially travel and stay overnight four nights every other week. 

As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. 

This job isn’t for everyone. You may live out of suitcase more than you ever have and you may rack up more miles than a tour bus. But you’ll also get:
 
A starting pay rate of $22-23.00/hour plus overtime

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong work ethic and a flexible mindset and is ready to learn, grow, and go the distance.

Is at least 21 years of age (to operate the company vehicle).

Possesses and maintains a valid driver's license and has a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).

Lives within 40 miles of the designated region.

Is comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.

Weighs less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.

Is comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Is willing and able to potentially work 50 plus hours per week.

Is able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds  

Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following: 

Facility and/or grounds maintenance

Construction

Cable installation

Route driving

Roofing
