Preschool Teacher 

The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children in a structured early learning environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging classroom experiences where children build independence, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities 
•  Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage early literacy and math readiness 
•  Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment 
•  Guide children through classroom transitions, learning centers, and group activities 
•  Encourage positive social interaction and classroom participation 
•  Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and activities 
•  Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership 
•  Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies 

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED required 
•  Prior preschool or childcare classroom experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
•  Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children 
•  Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
