Job Description

The Role

This isn’t just torch work.

As a Brazer, you’ll be trained to join and assemble copper and metal components with precision. Your work is critical to ensuring strength, quality, and performance in every coil we produce.

What You’ll Do

  • Braze copper and metal components using proper techniques
  • Set up and maintain brazing equipment
  • Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak-free performance
  • Read work instructions and follow production specifications
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently
  • Work as part of the production team to meet daily output goals

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our night shift operation.

  • Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
  • Overtime is common as we continue expanding this area of the business.
