Job Summary
Watts Tree Experts is seeking a reliable and motivated groundsmen to support our tree care operations. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in tree services or landscaping, is physically capable, and can work efficiently as part of a professional team. You will assist climbers and equipment operators while maintaining a safe and organized job site.

At Watts Tree Experts, you're not just joining a crew you're building a career. 
Responsibilities 

• Assist tree climbers and equipment operators with daily operations 
• Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment 
• Operate chippers, saws and other tree care machinery safely (experience is a must) 
• Clear debris and maintain clean and organized job site 
• Support rigging, pruning, and removal operations as needed 
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on-experience in tree care 
• Must have a valid drivers license 
• Proficient in operating tree care equipment such as chippers, chainsaws, and hand tools 
• Skilled in assisting tree climbers, including rigging, pruning, and debris removal 
• Knowledge of job site safety protocols, ANSI regulations, and safe equipment use 
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work on your feet all day, regularly lifting heavy objects
