Job Purpose: Retail Fulfillment Packer 1 position will be the primary labor to completing all Co-Packing projects.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications. * Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine. * Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine. * Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications. * Performing rework and inspection on the product. * Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time. * Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks. * Work on a continuous flow production line. * Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.   Additional Responsibilities:* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Attention to detail and ability to follow direction. * Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products. * Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.   Qualifications:* Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred. * Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred). * PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus.   Education and/or Experience Required:* High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency. * Forklift certification a plus.   Mathematical Skills:* Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.   Physical Demands:* Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl. * Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons. * Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. * Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion. * Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk. * Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required. * Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time. * Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision. * Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones. * Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.   Work Environment:* While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
