LSRC is seeking applicants for Train Service - Conductor Trainees. Conductor Trainees will be trained on the job to include classroom and field work. The training course to become a Certified Conductor is approximately 4 months from training start date. Once certified as a Conductor the employee will be placed on a seniority list to eventually become dual qualified as a Certified Engineer. This is a condition of employment for the Train Service position. Next approximate start date for a Conductor Trainee class will be 08/05/2026.
