Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Martinsville, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Fully outpatient Family Medicine opportunity focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and longitudinal patient relationships
• Treat patients of all ages within established primary care setting
• No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements
• Supported by full clinical team while maintaining autonomy in clinical practice
• Flexible scheduling structure with remote administrative time available

SCHEDULE

• 4 hours weekly admin time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $190,000-$215,000 annually
• Student loan repayment available
• Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium

• 20 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
• CME allowance: $2,500 plus 5 CME days
• $1,000 annually for licenses and memberships

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine services to patients of all ages
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Maintain continuity of care within panel-based outpatient practice
• Collaborate with support staff and clinical team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong outpatient primary care skills REQUIRED
• Collaborative, team-based care mindset REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing independently within outpatient environment REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
