Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in Othello, Washington.

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday outpatient therapy schedule

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $75,000-$105,000 annually
• Production bonus: $20 per wRVU after 1,250
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy services within outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized pediatric therapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support children and families through patient-centered therapy interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation
• Participate in mission-driven care initiatives serving community pediatric populations

Requirements

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Strong patient-centered care approach REQUIRED
• Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary therapy environment REQUIRED
• Passion for pediatric community healthcare REQUIRED
