Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) in Pasco, Washington.

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday outpatient behavioral health schedule
• Daytime clinic hours only
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $120,000-$145,000 annually
• Performance bonuses based on wRVU production
• $20,000 combined sign-on and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 33 total paid days off including PTO and holidays
• $3,750 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
• Fully covered malpractice insurance
• 401(k) with 8% employer match

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Deliver psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions for diverse patient populations
• Support patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in mission-driven behavioral health initiatives supporting underserved communities

Requirements
• Active Washington Physician Assistant license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Behavioral health or psychiatry experience preferred
