Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

SCHEDULE
• Four 10-hour shifts weekly
• Monday-Thursday schedule
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours weekly
• Outpatient-only practice environment
• Clinic currently closed Fridays

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $180,000 – $220,000 annually depending on experience
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
• NHSC and state loan repayment eligibility
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 1:1 employer match up to $3,500
• 3 weeks paid vacation plus accrued sick time
• 10-11 paid holidays annually
• 1 week CME plus $3,500 annual CME allowance
• DEA and license reimbursement

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including preventive visits, immunizations, and acute care management
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric conditions from infancy through young adulthood
• Educate patients and families on growth, development, preventive care, and wellness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support strong patient outcomes
• Support continuity of care within underserved community populations
• Mentor and support newer providers if interested

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics REQUIRED
• Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable providing outpatient pediatric care from newborns through young adults REQUIRED
• Strong commitment to community-based and underserved care REQUIRED
• Strong communication and family education skills REQUIRED
