Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient dental hygiene opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization
• Focus on preventive dental care, patient education, and supporting comprehensive treatment plans
• Opportunity to care for both pediatric and adult patient populations within a collaborative care model
• Structured onboarding with one-hour appointments initially before transitioning into established clinical rhythm

SCHEDULE
• Four-day work week
• Flexible start times
• Team schedules run approximately 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
• No call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
• Annual earning potential up to approximately $104,000
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 with qualifying commitment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform preventive dental hygiene services including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment planning
• Support comprehensive dental care within collaborative clinic setting
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide care to both adult and pediatric patient populations
• Assist in promoting patient access and continuity of care

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Strong preventive care and patient education skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable performing cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants REQUIRED
• Adaptable and comfortable with occasional local clinic travel REQUIRED
• Community-focused and patient-centered mindset REQUIRED
