Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time outpatient dental schedule
• Flexible scheduling options available
• 50-minute hygiene appointments for patients age 13+
• 40-minute appointments for pediatric patients age 4 and under
• Predictable outpatient workflow environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly pay: $40-$46/hour depending on experience
• 70% employer-paid health insurance plus 75% of out-of-pocket costs covered
• Dental and vision insurance approximately $194 annually
• 3 weeks PTO in year one plus 7 paid holidays including 1 floating holiday
• $500 annual CME allowance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education services
• Perform hygiene treatment for pediatric and adult patients
• Support comprehensive dental treatment planning alongside dental providers
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within Dentrix EMR
• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, dentists, and support staff

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Strong patient education and preventive care skills REQUIRED
• Team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within outpatient dental environment REQUIRED
