Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate (LMHCA) in Connell, Washington.

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday outpatient behavioral health schedule
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities
• Combination of clinic-based and elementary school counseling services

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $63,500-$79,400 plus incentive opportunities
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide behavioral health counseling services within outpatient clinic and elementary school environments
• Deliver brief solution-focused interventions for pediatric and adult populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within integrated behavioral health model
• Support patient behavioral health assessments, counseling, and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within Athena Practice EMR
• Participate in community-focused behavioral health initiatives and collaborative care efforts

Requirements

• Active Washington Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate (LMHCA) license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult patient populations REQUIRED
• Strong behavioral health assessment and counseling skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing brief solution-focused interventions REQUIRED
• Team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred but not required
