SCHEDULE
• Four-day outpatient dental schedule
• Four 10-hour shifts weekly
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements
• Team-based outpatient dental workflow

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $140,000-$200,000+ annually
• Production bonus incentives available
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance

• $2,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for pediatric and adult patients
• Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental treatment within outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff in team-based care environment
• Maintain quality-focused patient care while supporting underserved populations
• Participate in treatment planning and patient education initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Active Washington dental license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Strong team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within outpatient community health dental environment REQUIRED
