SCHEDULE
• Full-time outpatient psychiatry schedule
• Flexible hybrid work structure
• No nights or call requirement
• Team-based outpatient behavioral health model

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $275,000 – $285,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 403(b) retirement with 1:1 employer match up to $3,500
• 3 weeks paid vacation plus accrued sick leave
• 10-11 paid holidays annually
• 1 week CME plus $3,500 annual CME allowance
• DEA and license reimbursement
• NHSC and Wisconsin state loan repayment eligibility

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary behavioral health team members
• Support integrated and team-based behavioral health care delivery
• Manage diverse patient populations within community-based setting
• Participate in flexible scheduling and coordinated care initiatives
• Deliver compassionate psychiatric care focused on long-term patient stability and outcomes

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management REQUIRED
• Strong collaborative and team-based care mindset REQUIRED
