Reporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation and basic janitorial operations at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment to ensure equipment, production areas, and facility spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards.

• Your schedule includes weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with one 8‑hour weekday shift. This will be a 4-day work week. Weekend shifts consist of three 12‑hour overnight shifts, with start times between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The weekday shift will be an 8‑hour shift beginning at 10:00 p.m. Additional shifts may be added based on business needs.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas, offices, and common spaces
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility surfaces
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning
• Follow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment
• Remove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Document sanitation activities and report any issues to leadership
• Support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in sanitation, janitorial, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation processes and food safety standards preferred
• Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime
• Commitment to following all safety and sanitation procedures

Physical Requirements
