Job Description

Praha Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Housekeeper to deliver quality and compassionate care to our residents in assisted living and memory care. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.  No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. We take pride in our work and work as a close-knit team to enrich our residents' lives. 

As a Housekeeper at Praha Village, you will primarily be responsible to keep our cozy campus clean and comfortable for our residents and guests. We are seeking an individual who displays a compassionate, positive attitude, and who strives for personal excellence. 

Position Type: Full-Time 

Wage Range: $17 - $19.00 /hour depending on experience

Shifts Available: 
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: 1100 1st Street SE, New Prague, MN 56071 South Metro 

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

  • Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing, wiping down appliances, washing windows and trash removal.
  • Clean common areas. 
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Housekeeper Qualifications:
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you!
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule.
  • Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
  • Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
