RH is seeking a Steward to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the pristine presentation of all glassware, silverware, plateware and all other serviceware
Work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure they are equipped with all the tools necessary to provide great guest experiences
Anticipate guest's needs, both internally and externally
Ensure the pantry, common areas, dining area and overall environment is presentable and well-stocked throughout the course of the day
Assist management to ensure the consistent integrity of the physical facility where food & beverages are served and stored
Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
Assist with onsite and offsite events
Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate

OUR REQUIREMENTS

1+ years previous experience as a Steward, Porter or Busser
Energetic, accountable and team-oriented
Experience proactively finding ways to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Ability to proactively find ways to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure the success of the team
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
