Job Description

Location: St. Louis, MO 63146
Compensation: $15–$20/hour based on experience and client differentials
Employment Type: FT / PT / PRN
Schedule: 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts available
Industry: Home Care / Healthcare Support

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support elderly and disabled individuals throughout the St. Louis community.

Position Overview

Caregivers will provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support while helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support mobility and personal care needs
  • Maintain a safe and respectful care environment

Qualifications

  • CNA certification preferred
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals required
  • Strong compassion and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
