• Help review and organize travel details to ensure reservations are accurate and complete
• Provide friendly and professional customer support based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
• Support itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and general travel-related inquiries
• Maintain organized records, booking information, and customer documentation
• Participate in virtual trainings, team updates, and professional development sessions
