Pay Range:

$16.45 - $25.50

  • Secretarial/clerical courses preferred. 

  • Accurate spelling required. 

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations. 

  • Keyboarding and computer skills. 

  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 

  • Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all age groups. 

  • Must be able to keep calm under stress.  

  • High school level of knowledge necessary to read physicians' orders and transcribe them correctly.
