What You'll Do



Asset Management Analyst

Supports all aspects of private equity real estate asset management and investment activities across an assigned portfolio or market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Asset & Investment Support: Assist with underwriting, portfolio management, leasing, development, repositioning, and valuation efforts to drive income, occupancy, and appreciation aligned with client expectations.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare accurate client reporting, variance analysis, and asset valuations using discounted cash flow models; contribute to investment committee materials and presentations.
  • Investment Execution: Support new investments, redevelopment projects, and leasing transactions by analyzing tenant credit, market conditions, and deal profitability relative to benchmarks.
  • Business Planning: Help develop and execute asset business plans, operating budgets, and capital strategies to optimize performance versus market indices.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (JV partners, brokers, property managers) to ensure effective execution of investment and client objectives.
  • Process & Operational Excellence: Adhere to firm policies, contribute to process improvements, and support special projects to enhance service delivery and profitability.

Who You Are



Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field (real estate).
  • Exposure to real estate through internship or co-op experience strongly preferred.

Skills That Help You Stand Out

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling skills using Argus, Excel, Power BI
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand contracts and other legal documents.
  • Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Able to travel to markets within assigned regions (Northern California/Phoenix, AZ) approximately 10% of time, or as required

Salary Range Information



Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)



$73000 - $86500 / year

Time Off Program



Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
