About the Role
As a Production Worker at Wheatland Tube in Warren, OH, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with manufacturing or light industrial experience and basic mechanical aptitude—including carpentry, general construction, farm equipment, automotive mechanics, or related skills—who are eager to grow and advance into higher production roles.

Shift: 8 hour Rotating Shifts
 

What You’ll Do

• Ensures adherence to proper safety procedures, contributing to a secure work environment.

• Handles material movement efficiently to support continuous production.

• Operates mobile equipment to facilitate effective workflow.

• Manages production equipment to maintain operational standards.

• Utilizes hand and power equipment effectively within a manufacturing setting.

Who You Are

• Possesses 1+ years of industrial experience (strongly preferred).

• Demonstrates proven mechanical and mathematical aptitude.

• Exhibits an uncompromising commitment to safety.

• Maintains attention to detail, dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

• Adapts to shift work and maintains a solid work history with verifiable references.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Successfully completes a post-offer hair follicle drug test, physical, and background check.

• Leads and promotes health and safety work practices in compliance with regulatory standards.

Physical Abilities

• Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.

• Walks or stands for at least 80% of the shift.

• Adapts to working rotating all three shifts.
