$17.50 – $21.00 per hour(CNA/GNA – based on experience)

Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living Responsibilities

❤️ Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents in an assisted living setting
🛏️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and light assistance with meals
👀 Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff
🤝 Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life
📝 Accurately document care provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
👩‍⚕️ Deliver hands‑on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
🛡️ Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
🧼 Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
🌟 Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to residents and families

Qualifications

Full Time
Schedule: 7a-3p/3p-11p
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Must have a valid CNAII license on the Maryland Board of Nursing
