Qualifications
You are a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) with strong diagnostic and surgical skills, including experience with a variety of animal cases. You possess excellent dexterity, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a compassionate approach to patient and owner care.

At Bloomington Veterinary Hospital, full-time veterinarians can receive a customized first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K, based on experience. Choose the structure that fits your goals — a higher guaranteed base salary or a larger signing bonus.
This package is designed to be flexible and achievable based on your experience and preferences.
Bloomington Veterinary Hospital is a well-established small animal practice that also sees pocket pets, creating a more engaging day than a typical dog-and-cat-only clinic.
This is not a high-volume, high-pressure environment — you’ll have the time and support to work cases up thoroughly and practice medicine at a comfortable pace.
You’ll practice in a collaborative environment with a long-standing support team and a positive hospital culture. Doctors are encouraged to manage cases thoughtfully while having support readily available.
