At CareVet of Hebron, full-time veterinarians can receive a customizable first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K (based on experience). Choose the structure that fits your goals — a higher guaranteed base salary, a larger signing bonus, or a combination of both.

CareVet of Hebron is a relationship-focused small animal practice that prioritizes both quality medicine and a sustainable work environment.
This is not a high-volume, high-pressure hospital — you’ll have the time and support to practice medicine thoughtfully, build client relationships, and manage cases appropriately.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Medical Director in a collaborative setting where communication is strong and support is readily available.
