R+L Carriers has immediate openings for Customer Service Clerks for our call center in our Wilmington, OH Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management 

 Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency 
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy 
• Dependable and well organized 
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
