Green Ductors is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, lead generation, organization, design coordination, marketplace management, and supporting fast-moving projects behind the scenes. You will work directly with our Marketing Specialist and assist with marketing operations, campaign support, active data tracking, reporting organization, and day-to-day execution tasks that help drive company growth.

Compensation

• $800 Internship / Training Period (First 30 Days)
• Opportunity to increase up to $1000 per month based on performance and qualification

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support lead generation and marketing organization efforts
• Assist with marketing strategy implementation and coordination
• Help manage and organize marketplace-related activities
• Maintain and organize CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead databases
• Assist with active data tracking, reporting, and marketing metrics
• Support marketing campaigns and operational tasks
• Help coordinate social media content and digital marketing activities
• Support landing page coordination and marketing-related projects
• Assist with internal communication, workflow tracking, and follow-ups
• Help maintain organization and efficiency across marketing operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good written communication skills
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and digital platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing, marketplaces, or lead generation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic design or content coordination experience is a plus
