About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

In addition to mentoring from sector-renowned expert, Kai Wang, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build your business development skills and experiences by supporting JD Innovation to connect with clients in the San Francisco and Silicone Valley areas

• Bring your technical knowledge of AI infrastructure and blend it with your passion for conversations to help build a client base and support all client requests through the onboarding and after-sales experience

• Manage our CRM and manage all sales operations activity

Who we're looking for

• Interested in a short term opportunity to build your skills and bring your value to an innovative AI supply chain project

• Academic background in AI technology development studying at Masters or Doctorate level

• Willing to work remotely but able to meet with clients and mentor, Kai Wang, in San Francisco Bay area on a regular basis

• Highly self-motivated and impact driven, willing to work towards targets.

• Confident to build relationships and also comfortable in working independently
