WAGE RANGE: $25.50 - $28.00/hourly
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a hands-on, compassionate, trauma-informed, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in creating safe, dignified housing for people moving out of homelessness.
The Unit Turn Technician ensures timely and high-quality apartment turnovers, creating safe, functional, and welcoming homes for Catholic Charities clients. This role is essential to helping individuals move from homelessness to housing quickly and with dignity.
In addition to apartment turns, the Technician assists with day-to-day facilities operations across multiple Catholic Charities properties, supporting safety, maintenance, and upkeep. The position performs tasks across several building trades and includes light custodial work as needed.
