About Company:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral interventions to individuals, primarily children, with developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position involves implementing behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve clients' social, communication, and learning skills. The RBT is responsible for collecting accurate data on client progress and ensuring that treatment plans are followed with fidelity. Through consistent and compassionate interaction, the RBT helps clients achieve meaningful improvements in their daily functioning and quality of life.
