Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Customer Service Correspondence Specialist answers incoming telephone calls from patients, insurance companies, physician offices and others regarding questions on hospital accounts. The employee assists patient/guarantor/insurance companies on inquiries of a patient account and resolution. They complete requests received (via telephone or written correspondence) for items such as summary or itemized statements of charges, faxing UB forms and forwarding medical records to Health Information Management(HIM) Department
