Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Transporter in our Patient Escort Services Department at Baptist Clay located in Fleming. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity.

Transporter, Job Responsibilities:

• Accept patient move assignments from the Dispatcher

• Provide a safe and efficient transport of the patient. This may be done utilizing a wheelchair, stretcher, or bed and must always be done in a quick yet safe manner.

• Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that continuity of patient care is maintained at all times.

• Be compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Education & Credential Requirements:   

• High School Diploma Required 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
