Position Summary

The Parts Counter Associate supports customers and service teams by managing parts sales, inventory, and logistics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on accuracy, organization, and customer service.
This position is safety-sensitive

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Process parts orders, sales, and invoices 
• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts 
• Assist customers and technicians with parts needs 
• Track orders, backorders, and returns 
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization 
• Use electronic parts catalogs and systems 
• Keep the workspace clean and safe 

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills 
• Excellent customer service and communication 
• Basic computer skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day 
• Valid driver’s license
