Facilitate the accurate and timely enrollment of patients into cardiac rehab including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and the processing and maintaining of medical records and referrals. Use of various computer software programs for documentation, communication, and reports. Answer phones and general inquires, directing calls and messages to appropriate areas. Assist other areas of the LifeStyle Center as requested. Maintaining positive attitude and working relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic computer software.
