As a Preschool Teacher or Infant/Toddler Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, engaging, and nurturing learning experiences for young children.
Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
Help plan and implement age‑appropriate activities and curriculum
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Work as part of a supportive teaching team
(Experienced educators may take on additional classroom leadership responsibilities.)
Individuals exploring a career in early childhood education
Educators looking to grow, learn, and advance in a high‑quality program
Teachers seeking a stable, values‑driven organization
Those who enjoy teamwork, creativity, and working with young children
Aide:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
A love for working with children and willingness to learn
Infant/Toddler Caregiver:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Preschool Teacher:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:
CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Preschool Aide: $17–$18.50 per hour
Infant/Toddler Caregiver: $19–$21 per hour
Preschool Teacher: $22–$25 per hour
Grow with Us: Not quite qualified for a Teacher / Caregiver role? Start as an Aide and we’ll support your growth. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the training and experience needed to advance your career.
