As a substitute, you may:
Step into classrooms to assist or lead when regular staff are out
Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
Help create a safe, caring, and positive environment
Work with different age groups and teaching teams
Every day can look a little different—which keeps things fun and engaging 😊
On-call / as-needed basis
May work a few hours or full days depending on center needs
Weekday daytime hours only (no nights/weekends)
You let us know what your availability is - Perfect if you need true flexibility
Starting at $18 depending on experience
If you're PATCH qualified, $19-25 per hour DOE
Make a difference without a full-time commitment
Gain experience in early childhood education
Work with a supportive and welcoming team
Opportunity to transition into a regular part-time or full-time role
At least 18 years old
