The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing and supporting a variety of HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This individual will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, providing expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines. Key Responsibilities Assist the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interview, and facilitating the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition. Provide support to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolutions, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement. Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.  Stay informed of HR regulations and recommend updates to align with legal changes or best practices. Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, address questions or concerns, and serve point of contact for benefits-related matters. Support employee development by coordinating performance management processes, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance. Collaborate with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs that align with employee needs and organizational goals. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field required A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources role. HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus. Advance Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred Paycom system experience is a plus Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary. Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.
