RTCA is actively hiring for multiple aerospace manufacturing and quality positions at our Fife and Sumner, Washington facilities. • 5 Axis/Multi-Axis Setup Machinist (Mill/Lathe) – Weekend or Swing Shift – Fife and Sumner
   Perform advanced CNC machine setup and machining operations on precision aerospace components using multi-axis equipment.
• CMM Programmer – Fife Division 
   Develop and execute CMM inspection programs to support precision aerospace manufacturing and quality verification.
• Calibration Technician – Fife Division
   Maintain and calibrate inspection and measurement equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manufacturing Engineering / Quality Associate – Fife Division
   Entry-level engineering support role focused on process improvement, manufacturing support, documentation, and quality initiatives.
• Assembly Technician – Fife Division
   Assemble precision aerospace components and hardware following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
