CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but training will be provided.

Hourly pay rate: $21.00 - $23.00
Full-time, On-site position
Location: 77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917
New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, disbursed in three $500 installments every six months, contingent upon continued employment and meeting eligibility requirements.
Behavioral Health Mentor: Create Joy, Healing Generations
Are you empathetic, patient, and committed to empowering adolescents on their journey towards sustainable mental wellness?
As a Behavioral Health Mentor, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents ages (13-18) in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. To thrive at Chrysalis, you must have an empathetic heart and maintain personal and professional boundaries with teens.
