Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant
Outpatient Clinic • Oklahoma City, OK • Full-Time • 45-57k/year

We’re hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do
✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
✔️ Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
✔️ Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
✔️ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant students
You’ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, toe walking, torticollis/plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other genetic or neurological conditions.
✅ PTA degree from an accredited program
✅ Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility to obtain
