Job Summary
The Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for driving high-volume hiring for entry to specialized level positions across multiple brands and locations. This includes field technicians, installers, customer service representatives, sales representatives, leadership positions and office support staff. The Recruiter partners closely with front-line managers to meet staffing goals, executes sourcing and screening efforts, coordinates the interview process, and ensures a positive candidate experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a steady pipeline of talent to support the company’s day-to-day operations and growth. This role will be a 3-month long seasonal position to assist with our hiring efforts during our peak season this summer. Compensation for this role is $22 - $24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, from job posting through offer acceptance.
Partner with front-line managers to clarify hiring needs and job requirements.
Post jobs across job boards, social media platforms, and local channels.
Sourcing & Outreach
Actively source candidates through job fairs, online postings, social media, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring, high-volume positions.
Utilize local and trade-specific resources to reach entry- and mid-level candidates.
Candidate Management
Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
Represent the company at job fairs, trade school events, and community workforce initiatives as needed.
Share the company's culture and opportunities through outreach channels.
Collaborate with the leadership team to support recruitment campaigns.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and companystandards.
Provide reporting on hiring activity and staffing progress to front-line managers and the recruiting team.
QualificationsEducation
High school diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
0 to 1+ years of recruiting or related experience is preferred.
Experience with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job boards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Licenses & Certifications

Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
Capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skilled at evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing cultural fit and role alignment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to adapt to changing staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and creatively source candidates in competitive markets
Works effectively with peers, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to meet shared goals
Focused on delivering a positive candidate experience while balancing business needs
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Occasional travel to job fairs, trade schools, and company locations.
Work Environment
Office-based with occasional remote work and travel.
