Pay Range:

$17.00 - $23.80

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a Health Clerk in the Intermediate Care Unit to join our team. A Health Clerk facilitates patient and clerical activities, including order entry, documentation, communication of information necessary for patient care, system management, chart assembly and analysis, customer service/public relations activities related to patient care and unit operations. Ensures accurate data collection and data entry to facilitate customer satisfaction and timely and accurate reimbursement for services.

Education Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

Working knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous course in medical terminology is desirable.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
