Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Consumer Loan Clerk II to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office; 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The expected pay is $19.26 per hour, DOE. This position supports consumer loan officers by managing vehicle titles, ensuring properly is insured, and perfecting vehicle security liens.

Job Description

• Corresponds with members, dealers, and DMV representatives to ensure security documents (titles) are
  perfected and released in a timely manner. Research title status and out of state rules and
  regulations. Prepares the sales tax report.
• Corresponds with members, insurance agencies, and WNC to insure our security interests are
  protected.
• Executes loan maintenance, operates E-Oscar program, navigates and resolves member credit
  bureau problems and disputes.
• Funds consumer loans.
• Administers communication to non-compliant members and applies fees when member fails to
  insure collateral
• Completes sales tax reports and title documents.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
