In this role, you will provide high quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers 401(k) plan participants with their dynamic and complex needs – one may need help with a form, the next has never even heard of a mutual fund. You will be assisting with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. This role will allow you to build your financial acumen and communications skills into a successful career.

Base salary for this role is $52,000. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to earn additional hourly pay and a licensing bonus of up to $12,500 based on successful completion of required licensing.

We have seen most success from individuals with:

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with our clients and our “crew”

  • Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience

  • A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred

  • Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.

Please note, this role is hybrid and you would be expected to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Start date for this role is July 20, 2026.
