You will gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, learning to monitor and maintain product quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and potentially assisting with grain operations. You will also have the opportunity to load and unload agronomy products, assist sprayer operators, and obtain certifications including a CDL.

Job Description

Hourly, Full-Time Position
Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours and may vary
Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus 

Do something different every day as you work with our agronomy department and their many services. You will:

  • Load and unload agronomy products, assist sprayer operators and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
  • Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Learn how to monitor and maintain product quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and may assist with grain operations as needed
  • Operate equipment and obtain certifications including the opportunity to acquire your CDL
