Job Description

Huntington University has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in Athletics. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative office support to the Athletic Director and coaching staff. This position also assistants in the coordination and supervision of student workers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a committed Christian with a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of college resources
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills
  • Must possess a high level of problem solving skills
  • Must have the ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Must be able to assimilate large amounts of information and apply policies appropriately
  • Must have competence in computer applications (Word, Excel, FrontPage/HTML)
