Job Summary

The Provider Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with the providers to develop, maintain and monitor all provider schedules for Tower Health Medical Group, Hospitalist Group. The Provider Scheduling Coordinator will obtain provider availability each month and prepare the hospitalist schedules, to ensure daily coverage in all departments. The Provider Scheduling Coordinator must have the ability to multi-task, be comfortable discussing the needs of the department to cover shifts. The Provider Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for after hour's schedule changes. The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of the major duties and responsibilities of this position and shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.
