What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient
  • Educate patients on oral-systemic health and long-term prevention strategies
  • Perform assessments, screenings, radiographs, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
  • Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose and support comprehensive treatment plans
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care
  • Help create a positive, comfortable, and judgement-free patient experience
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
